In just a flash, it was all over. Years of coaches dropping
by to see him, phone calls at all hours of the night from reporters wanting to
know what the word is, classmates harassing him – all of that came to an end on
Tuesday night at his church in Spartanburg, S.C. Running back Marcus Lattimore became a South
Carolina Gamecock.
