Please contact us at customerservice@thebigspur.com or bigspurmembers@aol.com for information on how to mail in your payment. If you have trouble getting a response, try the AOL e-mail address as many times spam filters will block the @thebigspur.com address.

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must notify TheBigSpur.com via e-mail at least three days prior to your renewal date (an e-mail should be sent out to remind you) to avoid the recurring charges to your credit card on file.
